Help at Home

The Municipality of Kavala and DIMOFELIA with the co-funding of the European Social Fund and National Funds, in the framework of exercising social policy for the elderly and people with disabilities have developed and implement a comprehensive program of social assistance. Central role in the pursuit of this policy is the program “Help at Home” which has been running since 1999 in five different areas of the municipality.
